The TRANFOVIA Servo Sorting Transformer Core Cutting Line combines high-speed silicon steel cut-to-length processing with servo-assisted lamination sorting. The standard XE-LL family processes 0.18-0.35 mm electrical steel at up to 240 m/min, with cutting widths from 40 mm to 600 mm and cutting lengths up to 3500 mm.
For transformer manufacturers producing core laminations in batches, cutting is only one part of the workflow. After the programmed punching, notching and shearing sequence, the servo sorting section organizes the finished laminations for downstream collection. This configuration is suitable when the factory wants a more structured lamination-handling process after cutting rather than relying only on manual collection.

The servo sorting system organizes finished laminations after the programmed punching, notching and shearing sequence. It supports a more structured downstream collection process for different lamination pieces.
The listed thickness range for the XE-LL-300ZX, XE-LL-400ZX and XE-LL-600ZX is 0.18-0.35 mm.
The XE-LL-600ZX has the largest listed cutting width in the standard family, covering 60-600 mm.
The XE-LL-600ZX supports cut lengths up to 3500 mm. The 300ZX and 400ZX support maximum lengths of 2000 mm and 2500 mm respectively.
Start with the maximum lamination width and length in your transformer core drawings. Then confirm silicon steel thickness, punching/notching requirements and how the laminations should be collected after cutting.
All three standard models are listed at up to 240 m/min feeding speed.
The listed series values are ±0.1 mm cutting-length accuracy and ±0.025° cutting-angle accuracy, with burr ≤0.02 mm.
Consider the large power transformer version when required lamination widths exceed the standard 600 mm class, cut lengths extend beyond 3500 mm, or the core design requires the wider and longer processing range of the large-format line.
Provide silicon steel thickness, minimum and maximum strip width, lamination length range, core lamination drawings, punching/notching requirements, required sorting or collection method, and expected production requirements.
