Product Introduction

The TRANFOVIA Servo CNC Busbar Bending Machine is a dedicated bending system for copper and aluminum busbars. It uses a servo motor as the main drive, CNC control and CAD/CAM software to program bending operations for switchgear, transformers, box-type substations and bus duct production.

The closed bending structure, large-inertia servo drive, linear-guide force layout and error-resistant transmission are intended to provide stable repeated bending while reducing manual setup.

Applications

This machine is selected when the production requirement is primarily flat or vertical bending of copper and aluminum busbars with programmable positioning.
