Product Introduction

The TRANFOVIA Single T Type Pressboard Strip Shaping Machine is designed for transformer factories and insulation-component workshops that need to process one pressboard strip at a time into different functional profiles. The adjustable cutter shaft and plate-thickness setting allow the machine to be prepared for T-type, dovetail, pigeon-tail and rectangular oil-gap strips without positioning the page as a high-output multi-strip production system.

Equipment Application

This machine is used to shape pre-cut transformer insulation pressboard strips for winding cooling ducts, oil passages and related insulation assemblies. It is most suitable when the production mix includes several strip profiles or wider finished strips, and when the manufacturer needs a flexible single-strip machine that can also serve as a cooling-duct cutter. Main Features
