The Transformer Radiator Assembly Turnover Table is designed for lifting, rotating, and positioning completed transformer radiator assemblies during header pipe welding and final assembly.
After radiator panels and header pipes are assembled, the machine uses hydraulic lifting and powered rotation to change the working position of the radiator, allowing operators to access different welding sides safely and efficiently.
With a heavy-duty platform, geared rotation system, and handheld control station, the equipment helps reduce manual handling and improves positioning efficiency during radiator assembly.
It is especially suitable for large radiator assemblies up to 4000 mm in length.

The Radiator Assembly Turnover Table is used after radiator panels have been stacked and assembled with the header pipes.
Typical downstream assembly process:
Automatic Panel Stacking → Transformer Radiator Assembly Fixture → Header Pipe Positioning & Welding → Radiator Assembly Turnover → Opposite-Side Welding → Final Inspection
After one side of the radiator assembly is positioned and welded, the turnover table lifts and rotates the complete assembly to provide a suitable working position for the remaining welding operations.
This reduces repeated crane handling and makes multi-position radiator welding and assembly more efficient.
The radiator assembly is lifted by a hydraulic cylinder system, providing stable movement for large and heavy workpieces.
A reduction gear motor drives the turnover movement, allowing the complete radiator assembly to be rotated into the required welding position.
The machine is designed for radiator assemblies up to 4000 mm in length and heavy-duty applications involving assemblies weighing over 2000 kg.
The lifting platform uses a 25 mm steel fixed plate with a welded 40 × 80 × 3.75 mm square-tube structure, providing good rigidity during lifting and rotation.
The centralized electrical system is equipped with a handheld pendant control, allowing the operator to adjust the radiator position close to the working area.

Rotation is driven by a reduction gear motor, providing controlled turnover of the complete assembly.
It is used after radiator panel assembly and header pipe positioning, mainly for multi-position welding of the completed radiator assembly.
The machine uses centralized electrical control with a handheld pendant station for convenient operation.
