The TRANFOVIA coil shaping machine is designed primarily for in-line pressing operations in amorphous transformer production. Its hydraulic slider applies controlled vertical force to a workpiece or transformer assembly positioned on the worktable, helping complete pressing, sizing or forming tasks within a defined stroke.
Unlike a dedicated four-column transformer coil press, this machine uses a compact open-throat press layout. With suitable tooling, it can also perform simple drawing, extrusion forming, blanking and punching, making it useful for manufacturers that need one hydraulic workstation for several basic production operations.
The machine is intended for transformer-related pressing work, while its hydraulic structure also supports several auxiliary forming processes.

| Choose the Coil Shaping Machine
Use this 100 ton hydraulic press for in-line pressing in amorphous transformer production and for simple drawing, extrusion forming, blanking or punching with suitable tooling. |
| Choose the Transformer Coil Press Machine
Use the dedicated four-column coil press when the main requirement is axial compaction of wound transformer coils. That machine uses an adjustable upper platen and a motor-driven flat car for coil centering and pressing. |
It is primarily used for in-line pressing operations in amorphous transformer production. With suitable tooling, it can also perform simple drawing, extrusion forming, blanking and punching.
The standard machine has a nominal pressure of 100 tons.
The standard worktable is at least 800 x 400 mm, measured as length by width.
The maximum slider stroke is at least 500 mm, providing working travel for different workpieces and tooling arrangements.
The slider working speed is 12 mm/s and the return speed is 45 mm/s.
Yes. The machine can perform simple blanking and punching when the workpiece, tool design, required force and working space are suitable for the machine specifications.
No. The coil shaping machine is a compact 100 ton hydraulic press for amorphous transformer production and auxiliary forming tasks. A transformer coil press is a dedicated four-column machine for axial compaction of wound coils.
