The TRANFOVIA CNC Busbar Connection Processing Line is a dedicated automatic line for producing busbar connection bars and connector components. The line combines punching, drawing, embossing and shearing, with one-time material clamping and automatic repeated clamp switching to reduce manual handling between operations.
The CNC Busbar Connection Processing Line is used by busbar trunking, switchgear, electrical panel and power-distribution manufacturers that need automated production of connection bars or connector plates. It is most suitable when punching, drawing, embossing and shearing must be completed in sequence on the same material with reduced manual repositioning and controlled hole spacing.
Raw material can enter the process from one initial clamping position, followed by automatic repeated clamp switching.
The main punching head uses hydraulic power for stable pressing force during repeated production.
The clamping system provides strong holding force during punching, drawing, embossing and shearing.
Operators set the required process parameters through the interface rather than manually positioning every operation.
The motion system uses precision screw and guide components for controlled positioning.
Multiple connector-bar processes are integrated into one production route.

It is intended for automatic processing of busbar connection bars and connector components through punching, drawing, embossing and shearing.
It reduces repeated manual repositioning and allows the machine to switch the clamp automatically as the programmed process continues.
The listed value is ≤ ±0.2 mm.
No. The connection line is focused on connector-bar production, while a general CNC punch/shear machine covers a broader range of busbar parts and tooling.
Provide connection-bar drawings, material, section size, hole pattern, drawing/embossing features, finished length and production volume.
