Product Introduction

The TRANFOVIA Automatic Busbar Feeding Equipment is an upstream automation module designed to integrate with the 602K series CNC busbar punching and shearing machine for automatic copper-bar processing. Its purpose is to reduce manual feeding, lower handling errors and support a more continuous production flow.

The equipment combines sorting and unpacking, manual material coding/stacking, inventory storage and the punching/shearing feeding area. Space can also be reserved for later bending and arc-milling processes, allowing the material-handling layout to support future line expansion.

Applications

This equipment is selected by busbar factories that already have, or plan to install, an automated punching and shearing process and want to reduce manual material handling before the machine. It is most useful when multiple standard copper-bar widths must be stored, identified and supplied repeatedly to the CNC processing station, while keeping future bending or finishing expansion in the factory layout.
