The TRANFOVIA CNC Shearing Machine is designed for sizing transformer insulation pressboard by automatic numerical-control feeding and shearing. The operator enters the required strip width through the touch screen, after which the feeding system positions the sheet and the machine completes the cutting cycle at the preset dimension.

Unlike a general metal shear, the machine is configured around transformer pressboard dimensions and insulation-component production. It can produce standard rectangular strips and trapezoidal strips used for oblique end-ring components, reducing repeated manual measuring and improving dimensional consistency across a production batch.
