The TRANFOVIA CNC insulation parts processing center is designed for machining large transformer insulation components such as end rings, platens and conductor clamps. It combines programmed contour milling, groove machining, drilling and local surface processing on one CNC platform, helping insulation workshops handle complex parts without moving the workpiece through multiple general-purpose machines.
For transformer manufacturers building a dedicated transformer insulation processing system, the machine provides a large working range, programmable geometry and special provisions for dust removal and prevention of metal contamination. Two working-stroke configurations are available to match different insulation part sizes and production requirements.
This machine is mainly used in transformer insulation workshops for large end rings, press platens, conductor clamps and other structural insulation parts. It can machine the inner and outer profiles of end rings, circular grooves, straight grooves, drilled holes and selected flat surfaces, and can also mill programmed custom shapes. It is therefore suited to transformer manufacturing machinery layouts where several machining operations need to be combined on one CNC platform while controlling insulation dust and avoiding metal contamination of the workpiece.
Program inner circles, outer circles and custom profiles for large insulation components.
Machine ring grooves and linear grooves used in end-ring and structural insulation designs.
Produce programmed holes without transferring the part to a separate drilling station.
Machine selected planar areas where the drawing requires local thickness or seating surfaces.
Two machine sizes are available. Select the configuration according to the maximum insulation part dimensions, thickness and required machining area.

Choose the CNC Insulation Parts Processing Center when the primary workpieces are large end rings, platens or conductor clamps and the job requires programmed contours, circular/straight grooves, drilling and local surface machining across a large working area.
Choose the Insulation Parts Sawing and Milling Machine when the production focus is smaller components such as conductor clamps, small pads and horn parts, and the required operations are drilling, milling and sawing with a compact combined machine.
It is intended for large transformer insulation components, including end rings, platens, conductor clamps and other parts that require programmed milling, grooves, drilling or local surface machining.
Yes. It can machine the inner and outer profiles of end rings, as well as circular grooves, straight grooves, drilled holes and selected planar areas.
The available effective working strokes are 1500 x 3000 mm and 3300 x 3300 mm, with maximum processing thicknesses of 100 mm and 120 mm respectively.
It combines several CNC operations required for large insulation parts on one platform and includes design considerations for dust removal and prevention of metal contamination.
No. The processing center is positioned for large programmed insulation parts and complex profiles, while the sawing-and-milling machine is intended for smaller parts and combines drilling, milling and sawing.
Provide part drawings, maximum dimensions, material and thickness, required machining operations, expected batch size and workshop electrical or extraction requirements.
