The TRANFOVIA CNC Horizontal Sawing Machine for insulation pressboard is designed for sizing large transformer insulation panels, laminated pressboard and laminated wooden boards. Its structure combines the machine bed, sawing head, pressing unit, front-feeding unit, protective enclosure and electrical control system in one panel-cutting platform.

The machine supports boards up to 3300 mm in length and width and provides a maximum sawing height of 120 mm. A main saw and second saw, eight clamping jaws and adjustable saw travel allow the production team to prepare large sheets or thick insulation material for subsequent component machining and transformer assembly.

Equipment Application

This machine is used in transformer insulation workshops to cut large insulation pressboard sheets, laminated pressboard and laminated wooden boards into the dimensions required by downstream production.

It is particularly suitable when the incoming panel is too large or too thick for strip shearing and must first be sized by a horizontal saw before drilling, milling, beveling or final component machining. The front-feeding and clamping arrangement helps keep the workpiece controlled during the sawing cycle while the protective enclosure separates the cutting area from the operator.

  • Adjustable saw travel. Forward travel is continuously adjustable from 0 to 120 m/min, and the return speed is 120 m/min, allowing the operating settings to be matched to the approved material and cutting plan.
  • Integrated protection and auxiliary systems. The machine includes a protective enclosure, a 5.5 kW high-pressure blower, a 3.4 kW saw-feeding motor and an electrical control system within the complete equipment structure.
