End Insulation Parts Bonding Machine for Continuous Pressboard Strip Bonding

The TRANFOVIA End Insulation Parts Bonding Machine integrates material feeding, adhesive application, heating, rolling, preset-length cutting and counting in one continuous production sequence. It is developed for transformer insulation workshops producing bonded end insulation components from narrow pressboard strips and bonding paper.

By combining operations that are otherwise completed at separate stations, the machine reduces repeated material handling and supports more consistent batch production. The standard configuration processes 1-2 mm pressboard strips at 12-17 m/min and uses PLC touch-screen settings for automatic cutting at the required length.
