An Automatic Feeding and Punching Machine is dedicated equipment for converting transformer insulation strips into repeatable spacer pieces. The operator loads the prepared strips, sets the required spacer length and production quantity, and the machine completes the feeding and punching sequence while counting the finished output.
Unlike a general punching press, this machine is organized around narrow pressboard strips and batch spacer production. Controlled feeding helps maintain the set length, while the loading table supports a strip stack up to 300 mm thick for longer production runs.

It feeds prepared transformer insulation strips and punches them into individual spacer pieces of a preset length.
The standard feeding range is 20-50 mm in width and 1-3 mm in thickness.
Yes. The spacer length can be freely set from 15 to 200 mm.
The published maximum punching speed is 150 strokes per minute. Actual output depends on the material, tooling and operating conditions.
The specified feeding accuracy is ±0.3 mm.
The maximum strip stacking thickness is 300 mm.
Yes. It includes counting and quantity preset functions for batch production.
The machine is equipped with a safety light curtain to protect the operating area.
