The TRANFOVIA Secondary Material Silicon Steel Cutting Line is designed for the secondary processing of silicon steel sheets and strips used in transformer and reactor core manufacturing.

The machine performs controlled feeding and precision shearing to process silicon steel into the required dimensions for subsequent transformer core lamination production. Depending on the selected configuration, the listed models process silicon steel from 0.23 to 0.5 mm thick, with cutting widths from 30 to 300 mm and cutting lengths up to 2000 mm.

Application Scenarios

In transformer core manufacturing, silicon steel may require additional processing after the primary material preparation stage.

This secondary processing can include:

  • Further cut-to-length processing
  • Cutting narrower silicon steel strips or sheets
  • Preparing additional lamination sizes

Suitable when the required cutting width is within 30–200 mm and the cutting length is within 330–1500 mm.

  • XE-X-300M

Suitable when the factory requires the widest listed processing range, with cutting width up to 300 mm and cutting length up to 2000 mm.

  • XE-ZZ-200M

Suitable for material within 30–200 mm width and 420–1500 mm cutting length.

  • XE-ZZ-300M

Suitable for material within 30–200 mm width where the required cutting length is within 460–1500 mm.
